My first trip to Asia was to India and Nepal when I was 22 years old. I spent 4 months backpacking around both countries. After 3 years working back home, in Barcelona, I took a gap year in 2009 and went to travel to several Asian countries. During this trip, I landed in Thailand in 2010 almost by accident. Soon I decided to settle in Bangkok where I founded Mundo Nómada Travel, a Thai Destination Management Company with office in Bangkok. Since then I have never stopped traveling around Thailand.
Author of “Laos, a cultural guide” (2018) and co-author of the “Laos Cultural and Tourist Guide” (2010). After many years of touring the region traveling on my own (first time in the 90s!), in mid-2010 I started working as a tour leader and guide on trips to Southeast Asia, a region that has become my home for at least 6 months every year. On 2018 I joined Mundo Nómada Travel a DMC based in Bangkok. On 2021, me an Pol decided to start this website to write about our favorite country, Thailand, with the latest and first-hand information.
Matinee first trip overseas was to USA with a working holiday visa that let her live for a while in Chicago. After that she went back to Thailand to study at the Ramkhamhaeng University and, later on, travel to Spain to get a Master's in Translation and Interpretation from the University of Valencia. Matinee is a professional guide, although today she is dedicated to organizing the services of our travelers.
Josué first traveled to Thailand in 2014. He fell in love with the country and after a few years decided to move to Bangkok. In 2016 he bought a one-way flight to the capital of Thailand where he was studying Thai. In mid-2017 he joined Inthailand.Travel team and now designs trips so that other travelers also fall in love with Thailand.
